Energy transition starts locally
On March 31, 2026, another meeting in the series of events supporting local governments in planning modern energy strategies will take place in Krakow.
The upcoming edition will focus on specific technical tools. Participants will explore topics related to:
- conducting energy audits,
- issuing building energy performance certificates,
- the practical use of thermographic studies in municipal infrastructure.
The knowledge gained is intended to help local governments respond more efficiently to residents’ energy needs and manage the local heating economy more effectively. This is another edition of a series aimed at building a modern and energy-efficient Malopolska Region through tangible, substantive support for local leaders.
The event is implemented as part of the project “Support for the energy transition of municipalities in the Malopolska Region,” financed under European Funds for Małopolska 2021–2027. The initiative aims to equip municipal representatives with practical knowledge in the fields of climate protection, air quality improvement, and energy efficiency.
